We take care of all the practical and logistic arrangements including airport transfers. We believe that quality lodging conditions are essential for a successful project. Participants should feel comfortable and relaxed to make the most of their learning experience.
We can offer various kinds of accommodation based on your needs and specific requests. Based on our experience we propose high quality hotels for the short stays and staff mobility, and fully furnished residences for longer stays since we believe that such accommodation offers the best quality in terms of service, privacy and comfort. The residence option is compatible with self-catering, half or full board. You will be able to choose whether you prefer us to give pocket money to the learners so that they can prepare the meals by themselves or we can arrange one or all the meals in a restaurant.
We work with several residences that offer a variety of conditions and services, thus we will be able to find the right one for you. Thanks to the close cooperation with the regional institutions we extensively work with ER.GO, the Regional Authority for the Right to Higher Education in Emilia Romagna, that provides great accommodation facilities. A residence which we regularly work with and that is among the favourites of our past participants is "Residence Terzo Millennio".

Terzo Millennio
Terzo Millennio Bologna residence has 240 comfortable self-catering studios, perfectly equipped for study or work.
The residence is well connected to the centre of Bologna and open all year round, with staff on hand 24 hours a day to offer an exclusive range of services to the guests (e.g. internet Wi-Fi, gym, landromat, 24 hours video surveillance, printing and photocopying, study area, TV, cleaning service, private phone...).

ER.GO
ER.GO, the Regional Authority for the Right to Higher Education in Emilia Romagna, offers services to the students and fresh graduates, foreign students, and fresh graduates on international mobility and research programmes, researchers and teachers. ER.GO manages 17 residences only in Bologna and many more in the entire region.
ER.GO residences offer a wide range of services including: study hall, Wi-Fi internet, TV, laundry, internal phone, 24 h porter service, and PC room.
ER.GO residences are situated many parts of Bologna, mainly in the city centre.
