YouNet and IFOM - passionate professionals

 

Our team is made up of several dozen devoted professionals who all bring their unique abilities and real-life experience to supporting and managing the learning mobility projects with a main focus on the vocational training placements.

 

All members of our team have advanced linguistic skills. All of them are proficient in English and some of them are fluent in three or even four European languages. Our team is multicultural and comprises people from Italy, Poland, France, Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia, and the Czech Republic.

Our staff has developed capacities in monitoring, evaluating and project management thanks to both academic and evidence-based experience, especially in the implementation of the complex and large learning mobility projects in the framework of EU centralized actions. Our staff is also well-versed in the validation and recognition of learners’ learning outcomes.

 

The competences and experience of the key staff members involved in the mobility projects for the VET learners and staff are described below.

 

 

Francesco Tarantino
Francesco Tarantino

 

Francesco Tarantino holds a Master Degree in Engineering. He has been involved in training and educational activities since 2004. He possesses extensive professional knowledge of teaching and training processes, vocational guidance and learning mobility.

 

Francesco Tarantino has developed a far-reaching expertise in project management having coordinated more than 100 European projects including over 20 mobility projects for the VET learners and staff. Drawing on his longstanding experience, he is highly capable in managing the assignments in the field of quality control and the most complicated administrative and reporting procedures. He is a member of the ECVET Community of Practice and is qualified in the recognition and validation of the competences.

Giulia Salucci

 

Giulia Salucci holds a Master Degree in Politics, Administration and Organization, and a Postgraduate Master in Law and Management of Public Administration. She works as a human resources officer, further developing the crucial soft skills and competences necessary in the recruitment process.

 

Giulia Salucci has worked in the implementation of several mobility projects for the VET learners matching the students’ profiles and receiving enterprises. She supports, supervises and monitors the enterprises ensuring that the learning agreements are completely fulfilled.

Katerina Kukrechtova

 

Katerina Kukrechtova holds two Master Degrees in International Relations, and Business Administration and Management. She took part in the Erasmus programme in Germany and internship in Vienna. Her greatest strengths lie in her communication and linguistic competencies.

 

Katerina Kukrechtova has been involved in the preparation and implementation of several mobility projects for vocational students.  She tutors and supports students during their internship in Italy. She speaks Czech, English, Italian and German. 

Chara Tsopakidou

 

Chara Tsopakidou studied

English Language and Literature

at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and attended creative writing and translation courses. She undertook an Erasmus placement in Italy. 

 

Chara Tsopakidou supports schools, teachers and students to create work-based mobility schemes. She supports participants and Erasmus+ coordinators from preparation to reporting phases. She has valuable linguistic skills since she has solid experience as an

English teacher and translator.

Emanuele Ferrara

 

Emanuele Ferrara holds a Master Degree in Economics and Management of Non-profit Organizations and Cooperatives, and Postgraduate Master Degree in Social Innovation, Social Start-up, Social Business, and Project Innovation at the ASVI School for Management & Social Change.

 

To this day, Emanuele Ferrara has acted as a project assistant and financial manager in more than fifty European-funded projects, especially in the field of the vocational education and training. He is in charge of selecting high-quality receiving companies for most of the mobility projects for VET students implemented by YouNet. Emanuele has been responsible for matching over a hundred VET students’ profiles with the needs of the receiving organization. 

Paulina Walacik

 

Paulina Walacik holds a Master Degree in Administration and European Studies. She successfully completed her Erasmus studies in Spain and Leonardo da Vinci internship in Italy in management of European programmes and learning mobility projects.

 

Paulina Walacik has been in charge of preparing Learning Agreements and Quality Commitments of over three hundred VET learners. She assists the participants before departure and tutors them throughout the duration of the project. She has already provided on-arrival training and welcome kit to more than three hundred VET students and has vast experience in organizing technical and cultural visits for the VET learners.

Eugenia Errante

 

Eugenia Errante holds a Master Degree in City Planning and a Postgraduate Master in European Project Management. Her educational background equipped her with valuable knowledge on Project Cycle Management and Goal Oriented Project Planning.

 

Eugenia Errante has assisted and supported the implementation of several mobility projects for the vocational learners and staff being in charge of identification of the receiving companies and matching them with the students’ profiles and their learning needs. She is versed in communicating with the receiving companies and supporting them before, during and after the vocational placement trainings.

Denitsa Andonova

 

Denitsa Andonova holds two Master Degrees obtained at University of Strasbourg, France, in Sociology and Intercultural Communication. She is a highly competent project manager and trainer. She has been working more than 5 years on European projects in the field of education and training.

 

Denitsa Andonova has relevant experience in organizing trainings for the vocational teachers and learners. She has supported many schools and organizations in the design and implementation of the learning mobility projects. Besides being perfectly fluent in English, Denitsa Andonova possesses the full working proficiency in Bulgarian, Italian, and French language.

Agata Myszkowska

 

Agata Myszkowska holds a Master Degree in Journalism and Bachelor Degree in Italian Philology. She has completed an Erasmus study period in Rome. She has worked as mentor of foreign students for ESN at University of Warsaw and has completed traineeships in Polish Press Agency, national and students newspapers.  

 

Agata Myszkowska has been the tutor and has assisted the implementation of vocational mobility projects funded by Erasmus+ and the European Social Fund. She supports and assists the participants throughout the stages of the project from preparation to on-arrival training and during the whole stay including the cultural programme. 

Miriam Cuesta García

Miriam Cuesta holds a Degree in Environmental Science from the University of Valencia. She has participated in several mobility programmesincluding Erasmus at the University "La Sapienza" in Italy, Erasmus Placement and Leonardo Da Vinci in Portugal. She also completed one year of European Voluntary Service in Italy.

 

Miriam Cuesta works in the preparation and implementation of mobility projects for vocational students. She caters for the needs of groups of students during their internships in Italy. She has outstanding communication and language skills, as she speaks Spanish, Italian, English and Portuguese.

Filip Teodoreanu

 

Filip Teodoreanu holds a Degree in Intercultural and Linguistic mediation from the Faculty of Interpreters and Translators of Forlì. He has completed a 9 month Erasmus study programme in France and he speaks fluently Romanian, Italian, French, English and Portuguese. 

 

Filip Teodoreanu supports schools, teachers and institutions in the process of establish and implementing learning mobility schemes (i.e. work experiences, in-service training course, …) especially in the framework of European programmes. He has experience in teaching Italian to foreigners and has organized language courses for people participating in Erasmus+ mobility projects.
